The location of the apartment is very convenient, as it is close to the beach Cuvi and shopping areas are just a short distance away. It is also great that the apartment is on the ground floor, offering easy access and two terraces for relaxation. the owner of the apartment speaks German and is eager to assist guests with their requests.

We had a wonderful stay at this small house with two terraces. The cleanliness was perfect and there were no ants, a relief. The owner, who spoke German, was very helpful and tried to understand our requests. The location was great, with the beach Cuvi only a short walk away and shopping nearby. Having the apartment on the groundfloor was very convenient and we also appreciated the parking facilities.

Great location away from the busy city center, close to the beach and shops. Comfortable ground floor apartment with two terraces.
Some noise from cars and passing guests. Unstable wifi connection.

Great location for those who want some peace and quiet away from the city centre. A short walk to the beautiful beach and just half a kilometer away from shops for convenience. the accommodation itself was on the ground floor, complete with two terraces for a cozy stay.
Although the location was peaceful, there was still some noise at night from passing cars and other guests. the Wi-Fi connection was not very stable either.
